Highly recommend! Customer service was great! They sent a plumber as soon as possible. He was such a nice guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed a burst pipe we had, and he did an excellent job. A fair price was given. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks again for your hard work.

The plumber came to our house and repaired some older leaking kitchen pipes. He was on time, explained everything upfront (including work and pricing), and was quick and efficient with the job provided. I would recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter and will be using them when needed in the future.

We have had to call Mr. Rooter twice this week, and the entire experience has been nothing but pleasant. The office staff was professional and accommodating. Our plumbing stopped functioning on Thanksgiving Day. We waited until the day after to call. We had someone at our house in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we had to replace our pump, but he was able to get the part and install it on the same day. You always take things for granted until they're gone. Very grateful they were able to get our house back up and running.
